Well this was also an easy custom like Harry Potter... I took an Emperor Palpatine from Star Wars III and drilled a hole where his nose should be and filled it with Play-Dough and sculpted the nostrils... Then I painted his skin white and made his veins out of black pen... His wand was simply made of a paper clip piece with white paint and coated in Krazy Glue to reduce rubbing of paint...
