This a bit more mature version of Jubilee, based off of some her de-powered appearances. Used a Kabuki head and Katchoo body, repainted, added the X pendant. I am currently looking to find a suitable head and hands to use as swaps for her in vampire form, if nayone has some suggestions for that please let me know.
