In my opinion, when others to this character they always seem "too big' or "to little" so I decided to use Juggie as base figure cause I think It has moderate scale and the right proportion. Although it's quite hard work on sculpting, but the result is turn out great, specially the facial expression that I really like.

Awesome custom. Paint apps look great. Totally blew my first attempt at Mayor Haggar out of the water. I had tried for a Neca Street Fighter scale and all the good pics I.could find showed him as a hulk size. What did you use for a reference?

There's a pict from Marvel vs. Capcom 3 where He stand next to Ryu, and he is only a little bit bigger than Ryu. Also from Capcom illustration book that show him only a bit bigger than Cody.
