Princess Iolande of Betrassus Custom Action Figure

Born the Royal Princess of Betrassus, Iolande suffers from a headstrong sense of Royalty. After the execution of her Brother Prince Ragnar, she learned that she was now to replace the Lantern for her sector that her brother had zealously murdered. Iolande was honored to accept the position of Lantern but learned the hard way after graduation that the Lantern Corps was not all guts and glory. She was assigned as a Data Entry specialist which enraged her - She felt a Data Entry Specialist was a role beneath a Royal Princess. What she did not know was that no one in Green Lantern Corps cares that she's a Princess at all.

After her assignment as the D.E.S. and having learned both manners and humility, Princess Iolande was given her first "real" assignment with Soranik Natu. Iolande likes to speak her mind and having been raised since birth to act like a monarch, she frequently speaks out of turn, forgetting her place as a new recruit in the Lantern Corps. This creates interesting chemistry between her and Lantern Natu Frequently resulting in Instructor Kilowog's intervention.

The Princess is a modest creature, having chosen a uniform that covers her body from chin to toes. When on Duty, she wears a headband to tether her long hair, and has been permitted to wear a hooded cloak with her uniform although she is seen as often without it as she is with it. Beautiful and hot tempered, Iolande is a favorite amongst die hard Green Lantern fans and even though her and Lantern Natu are often at odds with each other, there is a very distinct and unbreakable bond forming between the two.
