This is my custom EON, I've wanted to make him forever now like many other customs. But in my opinion wasn't good enough to pull it off til now. I hope I did this obscure character justice. He was made using apoxie sculpt, and a roll of aluminum foil with toilet paper rolls to fatten it up a bit more. The rest was pure sculpting, and also the little face belongs to bullseye.
