Guess who's back? I have been plotting on this Battlecat for a while. I was gonna make it a Zabu but I came up with a better idea obviously. I sculpted the mane, headgear is from a Little Mermaid doll (long story), fur on back between wings is from DCU Creeper, wings from DCU Hawkman, primered, airbrushed and hand-painted with plenty of drybrushing. I dremmeled a hole in the mouth and sculpted a fireball over what I think is a Spiderman web ball projectile. Dremmeled a couple rectangular holes in the back, after cracking open the Battlecat. Heated the loops thet hold the pin for Hawkmans winks, gently pinched them so they could be wedged into the holes. Rouned out the pinch and cooled the pin loops so they would stay nice and snug in the back. Sculpted over the tip of the tail also. I did the face in a dark gray and then drybrushed over white to build a conrtast. Painted burnt sienna under the yellow areas and then drybrushed on the yellow, blended with the red (kind amade an orange median). Sealed numerous times with Testors dullcoat sealant.
