The body is a Silver Surfer which i sprayed matte white. I then painted it with a black gloss and a mettalic silver for the costume design. The prong on his forehead is a bit of soldering wire and the wings are made of a special craft paper from a hobby store. They are attached with a super-epoxy type glue.

Black bolt is one of my all time favorite characters and I love to sea him in action figure form. Really nice work.
