A fairly easy one here but it was fun to work with a new base body. Most of my Thundercat customs were done with the old Jakks deluxe wrestlers so I've been itching to give the new Mattel ones a go for ages. I found the base great to work with, easy enough to crack and dissassemble and it took paint like a dream too. There was one area I wasn't keen on which I'll explain in the recipe, so here it is
Recipe
Head = 200x Heman, think it was the battle blades one, the head is much bigger than the regular one, dremmel to fit.
Everything else but the hands = Mattel WWE Elite Batista
Hands = Jakks WWE deluxe, much better looking hands the grip is better too plus the mattel ones kinda look like scoops.
Feet=Mattel WWE Elite, sculpted bindings and fur.
Bracelets = 200x Heman
Loincloth = 200x Heman
Power Harness= 200x heman, think it was the ice version as it was blue.
Weapons = 200x Heman
Filled all joint holes.
Painted with Games workshop and sealed with Games Workshop Satin purity seal and loctite brush on superglue.
I think Orko's gonna be next, a little sculpting then paint. Then I'm gonna crack on with Beastman.
P.S excuse the pictures I had to take them inside as i just finished him and it was too dark outside, i go on holiday tommorow too so won't have time tommorow.
These wrestlers really were made for us customizers!!
He-Man looks AWESOME BRO. Can't wait to see more specially Beast-Man!!!
