Got a Gwarp, hacked and sanded down his head, chopped his toes and fingers off, rebuilt face, hands and feet with putty.
Cast several skulls from a quick mold i made from another fig, made beard from putty and wire, and hair from latex melted onto wire to make it posable.
Made him a weapon out of putty on a chopstick and some bits of plastic.
Painted it all up, and made some pants.
