i used the storm shadow body from the g.i joe series sculpted a new head and gave him new feet also sculpted the arm wraps and the leg warmers then added paint.

the reason i made this one is because i was unhappy with the fact that alot of the shippuden characters got great new looks but the basically just slapped a jacket on rock lee
