I made this figure in a Sigma 6 style roughly based on the movie design.

He is made from a Sigma 6 Inferno with pieces from a 1967 Camaro. ( I know the one in the movie was either 75'-77' or an 09' but I thought it was alright.) Then I primed and painted him yellow and black. The tires and chest armor are from the model kit. The wings are the doors from the kit hot glued onto the harness from the back pack the original figure was wearing. Finally the face is from a Bionicle.
