Batgirl Barbara Gordon Custom Action Figure

this was one of those tough ones for me. I didn't know how to create the mask so i wind saving that for last. I painted the costume on, using acrylics, and added some painted vinyl pieces for her gantlets. The belt is cut from vinyl painted and some long thin beads glued around it. The cape is hand sewn out of black velveteen, with yellow material for it's lining. The mask was the most difficult to figure out how to sew. So after doing one in black fabric I didn't like how it looked with the pre-cut front mask piece so I scrapped it and sewed one out of vinyl. It too several adjustments but it works and I'm still trying to get it to where it's easily removable, the bat ears are the the same fabric with felt inside it, and the eyebrows are drawn on with a gold gel pen. this has become my new favorite, I really love the way she came out!
