After seeing they made a Dr. Manhattan figure in which he is displayed levitating.what I really saw was Vision, I wanted him to have an Android effect so I went with a metallic paint job. This custom really wasn't that difficult to achieve, started by connecting the levitating legs rather than the standing legs, game him a silver base coat then used clear yellow and green paint accordingly to accomplish the metallic paint job, red face and white eyes (all paint was Tamiya colors) as far as the cape, it was from a ML vision and was not painted metallic because I did not want it to blend with the figure, and also I figured vision is the Android not his cape lol.
