I used a Nick Fury double pack base figure and a Red Skull fO head. Basically I just removed the Fury head and painted a black basecoat, for the head a black base then red dry brushing, and finally the undesirable uniform logos, which I'd like to apologize to anyone if they are offended by them, sorry, I'm just trying to be true to the character.
