I wanted to make a Cyclops for a long, long time now. If he was going to fit with my Marvel Selects, he had to be a bigger figure than the Hasbro Astonishing Cyke. I also wanted to have him in a jacket - 90s style - so I knew right away how he'll look when I found the DCD JSA Mr. Terrific. A couple month later I got a head cast from Finn Varra (thanks again!) on which I had to sculpt some hair and bam, he's ready to go.
I basically only used white and black paint, plus silver for the piping and a custom pink. Everything covered with flat and gloss sealers. He turned out pretty cool, didn't he? I think I'll try to make a whole X-Men B&W line. Or at least a Wolverine, cause I already have an idea for him. Any suggestions welcome.
The last photo is from a work in progress with much better lighting. I couldn't make today's pics look as good.
