Used a WWE base (not sure which) on this guy because it had the look I needed. Sculpted boots, belt, wrist bands and arm band. Painted using citadel and P3 paints and then sealed. Cast an aquaman head since I really like the look of it...painted him up and....voila!! Any input is always appreciated!
