Started with a Cyclops from X-Men United series, gave it a black base coat, then the red. removed the head. Then took a Batman i had lying around, removed the head and shaved down the ears and jawline to make it look like Red Robin's. Modified the neck of the Cyclops body to accommodate the new head. Took the cape from the Batman figure and cut off the scallops and trimmed the neck to fit. Used the chest belt from a Lex Luthor and a piece of yellow rubber for the chest, and a belt from another Batman figure. Used thin leather strips for the cloves. Didn't quite turn out how I had envisioned, so I'm working on a 2nd version.

I personally can't stand that costume, it looks so dopey without ears on, but you made it look like a badass warrior!! Awesome!

Thanks! I feel like the base figure was a little to muscular to be a perfect match, so I have a second version I'm nearly finished with that I think is a much better representation of how he looks in the comics, as well as one for his costume beginning in the New 52 series.
