Like so many others, the first time I watched Under the Red Hood, I hadn't even finished watching when inspiration hit me.
Took a Xorn I had and filed down the "chain" texture of the torso, then added leather strips to the hands and boots. Removed head and replaced with a head from a Ronin figure. Gave a full repaint and done. Looking back, wish I'd had a better head, but oh well.
