Wasn’t going to do this figure but I found a Steppenwolf figure in a $5 dollar bin and figured his boots would be perfect for the figure. I pretty much chose random parts to create this guy, and decided to give him a changeable head. I painted a grey streak on the head of the unmasked version just so it wouldn’t look like Alexander Luther in a Red Hood outfit.
