This one I just made up, it all started with an old COPS figure I found, modified the head to fit the DCU body, sculpted gloves, then drew on all the tattoos with india ink, finished off with a couple of coats of testor's dullcote, the ink had a tendency to rub. I think he turned ot pretty tough looking, I had him in mind as a Punisher villain.
