Hooligan is one of my favorite Cyberjets, you gotta love that 'tiger force' design he has going for him. I decided to create him in following with my G2 Cyberjets and used another Terradive as the base, swapping heads with a PCC Leadfoot. Like my other Cyberjet customs the main wings were removed from his legs and affixed to his back, also the nose was glued solid and kept in the down position after removing the gate from underneath. This made him look more like his G2 counterpart. Tamiya Bright orange Spray Lacquer was used as his basecoat and then Testors red, international orange, and black was used for his detailing.
