Another repaint. I just love Brian bolland´s art, and this figure is based upon his design. But even though is a classic, I don´t like the color scheme in the suit..I mean, orange on the good side and squared grey on the bad side? c´mon...I always loved the look of Harvey in the first batman animated series. Black and white. simple, elegant and symbolic. But I have a problem with the blue face/white hair on the scarred side. Whether it's acid, or fire, the burned skin doesn´t turn blue or green, like in Bolland´s conception. So I tried a prime of red, a wash in black and dry brushed 3 different skin tones on the scarred side...Still practicing my painting skills and had a hard time painting the white side of the suit, giving it a wash in gray and a Dry brush in black. Not very happy with it, but for now, it´ll do..any advice?
Oh, and cheers to the people who had done this first. I saw a couple on the realm...
