Coming at you from Incredible Hulks Annual #1, is Peter Parker, the eerie Ghost Spider! IH Annual 1 is the final chapter of a very awesome and amusing storyline from earlier this year called "Identity Wars" which also included Amazing Spider-Man Annual #38 and Deadpool Annual #1. Hulk, Deadpool, and Spider-Man are sent hurtling into another dimension where they meet alternate counterparts of themselves, as well as others (Victor Von Doom's alternate self is particularly hilarious). Anyway, long story short, this world's Peter Parker, The Amazing Spider, ends up becoming Ghost Spider toward the end.
Fred Meyer had MU on half-off clearance, and although I already had all of the figs they had to offer, I picked up another Black Costume Spider-Man and Ghost Rider (both figures are invaluable for customs), and tooled this guy up in like two days.
