Blow Hard Custom Action Figure

Blow Hard first appeared in X-Factor Vol. 1 #11 (December 1986) and is a member of the Morlocks, a group of disenfranchised mutants who live in the sewers and abandoned subway tunnels beneath New York City. Blow Hard has the mutant ability to generate powerful gusts of wind that he channels through his pipe.
