This guy has been sitting incomplete for a very long time...mostly because of Yellow...the worst color EVER to try and coat large areas with...it was a nightmare.

He's made of a DCUC Question, the head of a ML Punisher (because many of the early images of D!ck Tracy show him rugged and beaten...so that head sculpt seemed quite applicable), and finally hands from a different ML Punisher...and lots of yellow paint...
