Thanks for all input and feedback... It will help me in the future..
It is a really simple custom actually... I only use wire for the skeleton based, then I put cotton on the top of wire, then Hairspray it to make the cotton solid.. after it become hard, I spray paint it. Well.. it is one of my wild idea of customizing figure.

I thought this was casper the friendly green lantern at first...but this is just plain AWESOME! no 2 ways about it....another one of those customs that nobody would've did...this would make an awesome addition to anyones green lantern corps collection! simply sweet!! I salute you. ps...the smoking section is that way

Is this made from dryer lint? Cuz it looks like it is made from dryer lint.
If that is the case this is absolutely the best custom use of parts ever in the history of the world!!!!!!
