I took the figure's hair and the belt off. I sculpting with epoxy putty the ears, the hair, the shoes and the shirt. After this I made the belt and holster with thin leather. The buckle of the belt was made with wire. The pistol was taken from a cheap soldier and the magazines were made with small pieces of rubber. The katana was made from a plastic sheet with the handle taken from the handle of another weapon. The sheath was made with cardboard and braided thread. The skirt was made with plastic pieces and epoxy putty. For the hair I used doll hair. The sailor's collar was made with small piece of white cloth. The final step was paint all the parts!
