I got a set of thugs for a decent penny, and decided to go ahead and sculpt each of the thugs from The Dark Knight (at least as the masks appeared in the "evidence bag" that came with teh figures), painted the individual masks and added a little variety to the clothes by painting a couple of the shirts and shoes. I had a spare so I made up my own thug as well.
