This time I used a Mash head with a little brain head thing
Sculpted the brain looking thing and shoved it in the green tube
The hands are from Nite-Lie with his tentacles things coming out from the back too

This is friggin awesome! The head is perfectly made. I recognized Maash's head right off but the added features makes him look totally original. Keep up the good work.
