Well, as the pics show...this is probably my most detailed custom ever. The entire body was sculpted over and it's literally taken months to complete it. The head comes from the Last Son of Krypton DCDirect figure and has been drastically modified...may be a taaaaad too big, but I can totally live with it. I think it's because the neck is small (shoulda enlarged it...oh well!). It also took a long time to get a proper paint scheme for this dude. I can't even remember what all colors went into it. The cape is from the old Dc Direct Superman. Some may wonder about articulation after all that sculpting...well...he can turn at the waist and turn his head, but other than that, it's meant to be a display figure, not a figure to play with. I also sculpt a custom "S" onto a DCD Alex Ross Superman base and then painted the entire thing. It's a pretty cool effect. Well, hope you guys like it.

Thanks for all the encouragement gang! I really appreciate it! A few asked about the costume texture. Yes I DID sculpt all of it. I used a tiny ball stylus for that. And if you wanna see bigger pics...click on the ITEM NUMBER above to that site and there are larger photos there. Thanks agaiN!

Oh yeah...Russell Crowe as Jor-el might be on his way to FigureRealm as soon as this evening. Fingers crossed!
