I started off by stripping down a Titanium Man figure and gouging out the raised areas on the forearms, thighs and shins. Then I filled in the gouges with Aves and sculpted the lines in, as well as sculpted the gloves and pants sections on. Then I swapped the hands with some Wolverine figure. At that paint I used fodder to build the belt pouches, neck hose, chest straps, and shoulder pads. A head from Madman was used, and Aves was used to make the mask, while fodder was used to make the back of the head.
Aside from the big 2 handed blaster, all weapons are custom builds.
