I wanted to do this for the Halloween contest, but I didn't finish it in time. So I ended up adding a Comic con badge and a bag full of toys to make the figure look complete.
I had a vinyl Bowser that was made horribly, so I started to take it apart to see if I could fix it. I had the great idea that it would make a cool mask. I used a Playschool Luke Skywalker that I found at a flea market for the body. I pretty much cut away the whole body until it was smooth. Then I apoxy Sculpted all the body details, except for the shell, which I got from the vinyl figure. The bag was printed, laminated and then glued together with some toys I had in my fodder box.
I really wish I had gotten this in on time, but it was worth the time in the end to make it perfect. I guess I will have to wait till the next contest.
