This figure is based on an original design by my friend, Jermaine AKA Chris Kringle. This black & gold dude can control the weather and has other powers yet to be revealed. Forecast was once a Fate head on a Punisher body with DCUC lower arms and lower legs. Usual paint job followed. Chris was kind enough to give us some freedom on the figure but still remain faithful to the overall design. Hope you like him guys! God bless.
