In the 90's John Ostrander wrote Heroes for Hire, it was a phenomenal series for like 12 issues. The heroes of the team all had some redesigns, and about mid-way through the series Iron Fist got the high color look updated, and it was an awesome look. I couldn't find any really good shots to use, so I decided to try and recall the look...I also remember lots of black ink shading (lot of that in the 90's). Anyways this was my best recollection of one of my favorite series in the 90's. I went with the unmasked variant because, one the masked head I completed to pair with the unmasked got cat-snatched, and I have yet to find or redo it, and two the Ted Debiase head reminded me of Danny Rand. So that's the route I went.
The figure is 100% Ted Debiase with paint apps, I decided to go with a magnetic head for future head swaps. With Liz Sherman flames that can be attached for when Danny Rand makes his fist as a thing unto iron.
