I like this character not just because he is the boss character in street fighter, but also because of his color. He has the colors of the Philippine flag :). I used MU Capt. America body and MU silver surfer arms and legs. The hair was from MU Ms. Marvel. I Used Reeves for the paint. The flame on his left arm came from human torch and the ice on the right arm is a hot glue. The hands are changeable too. Molded the underwear and the forehead gem using waterstop plumber's putty.
