This is Red Arrow from the New DC 52. I liked the style and tried to capture it from the comic book pages. The recipe is as follows.
Baseball Cap is taken from a Nascar figure, I was looking for a Macfarlane Baseball player but could not get my hands on one.
Hair is from a movie FF Torch figure. The translucent orange figure's flames (from head) was removed, trimmed, turned upside down and glued to the cap.
Head is a ML Gambit. Sliced off the skull so that the cap would sit on it and sculpted the domino mask. I also sanded off more of the black portions of his mask that was more predominant on his cheeks. I think the the smirk compliments the Roy Harper attitude.
Torso/arms are XMC Angel
Legs-swapped them from a XMC Wolverine Ninja figure.
Bow/Quiver are from a DCD GA Id Crisis figure. I had to shave down the quiver peg to fit into the back. The figure had the holes for the wings so it was a good match.
Sculpted the "A" on the buckle and a random fodder belt.
Thigh guards are from an early IM figure.
The bow was shortened from its original length and the string is fishing line.
I had summited a Red Hood figure previously so I am 2/3 on the current team.
