Used a WWE wrestler (does it matter which one?). Head from DC UC Alt. Hawkman head. Hands from Sota Birdie. Hat from WWE Undertaker. Tie from WWE HHH in a suit. Holster straps made from rubberbands. Sleeve cut-offs from Sota Akuma's gi with sculpt. Apoxie hair and wrinkles on shirt. Also, Sculpted glasses. Collar cut from fodder cape. Hope you like.
