ULTRON!!!!
I uploaded one last year, but you know, you never have enough of them... I used Ironman series 8 Ultron head (from base display), drilled a hole on it, IronLad's body, legs are from Cyber Spiderman, feet from Deathlock, assembled all and sprayed it all with Meridian Silver. Quedó mucho mejor.

No!??? Seriously, great work thats a different concept! Unfortunately I am too bored with traditional Ultrons to make another one. I think it looks better than the Ult. Iron Man body.
But just you wait!!!!!
I would have though that Iron Lad would have been too skinny for Ultron, but that's not the case at all.
