One of my daughter's friends from back in high school commissioned me to create a Dizzy Wallin figure. It is going to be a Christmas present for someone. I used a torso and upper legs from a Gears3 Marcus Fenix figure and the lower legs from a Gears2 Fenix. The arms are from a Grayson Hunt Bulletstorm figure all made by NECA. I used a Mattel WWE superstars Terry Funk figure for the head and hat, I used apoxie to sculpt the beard and used thin styrene sheet to shape the brim of the hat. I sculpted the details on the chest with Apoxie, I used some bullets from some dollar store soldiers for the shotgun shells on the chest, I cut off the ends of the bullets and sculpted over the shells. Painted it all up with some dry brush and washes.
