Swapped Donatello's head with Raphael's and gave him a modded Leonardo belt. Repainted the whole thing and removed the bandanna tie in the back and the weapons are from some other figures that escape me right now. Merry Christmas!
Dali was a failed expedient of the Shredder's to clone the ninja turtles and use them for his own purposes. When cloned, the code of honor also came through and thus Dali was born! He sought out the turtles, but they rejected him, so he had no way to learn what was right and wrong. His mind became a twisted mess and he began killing everyone he deemed a threat.
