I really wanted to take another crack at this concept Sinestro Corps character.
Same figure, but tried slightly different paints, different water-slide decals and added 2 insect-like legs to his back.
The insect-like legs are from a Marvel Legends Queen Brood BAF. The hands are from a DCUC Sinestro Corps Maash figure.
I really liked the way it came out.
Completed June 2011.

I think if you were to make his face fully green and grotesque looking he would look more original. I like the idea you have going here but what I don't like is the Spawn body. I have used Spawn heads and parts but the body is too recognizable. Whatever you choose to do he is still a great original character. He would be welcome in my Sinestro Corps.
