This is Tremor from the Spawn comics, adjusted to the MU scale. I used the Thing from the Secret Wars Bulldozer/Thing 2 pack, and modified a McFarlane toys Tremor head with lots of trimming, reshaping and some sculpting. Full repaint to finish him off, and here he is. I always liked Tremor, and was so disappointed when he all but disappeared.
