This is my take on Spider-Carnage from Marvel Comics.
it was created using a Marvel Universe Scarlet Spider figure with the hands and head of a Carnage figure from the hasbro 3.75" spider-man line. the webbing and spider were all hand painted, and the "veins" on the legs and arms are hot glue.
