I wanted all my sidekicks to be the same size, i was sad that Mattel couldn't make this figure and various others in scale with Robin, Beast Boy and Kid Flash. So i thought id take a bash at shortening her legs. It came out pretty well for a first try. In the end i shortened the legs of 3 different figures. I left this one a little taller than the rest.
I cut the legs at the thighs and took an inch from each leg. Then glued the legs back together with Loctite super glue. Then with my dremel, i sanded down the thigh area to blend in size with the knee. I filled in the gaps at the back of the legs with sculpt clay, then painted leg backs red.
