Base Figure:Smart Hulk
Height:8.00 inches
Rocksteady is built on the Smart Hulk base body with the classic Rocksteady figure's head which was modified. The spots on his skin were all sculpted. His pockets were sculpted. The shell hip pads were connected with chain links. His shoe laces were sculpted. I added pouches to his belt and straps on his wrists. Finally, he got a fresh new paint job. Thanks for looking!

Paints are tight, and the parts came together well. Hulk's were a must for recipe, and makes these two muties real imposing to other ML scale stuff. It's funny how his head now looks in scale with the figure, as apposed to his original body, which looked like caricature huge head proportions (more so than bebop).
