So I got a Marvel Legends Blade cheap, my wife saw the figure and said that Blade looked weak. Legs were too small, arms were too big, etc...

Anyways the Blade figure had a leg break off relatively easy, and I figured that was probably a good thing, all the more reason to build a better Blade. I used the legs from one of the early Marvel Legends Punisher figures, and we got more proportional legs, kept the Blade torso, gave him a Nick Fury jacket and arms (which were a little more proportional as well), and a holster from Marvel Movie Punisher. Unfortunately I had none of the Blade accessories, so I had to work makeshiftedly. Regardless, the figure, at least to me, seemed vastly improved.

The last picture was inspired when I looked on my display shelf and saw that the cat had knocked over a few figures around my Tin Woodsman, with magnetic heads falling around his feet. All that still stood were Blade and Sarah Connor...so the final showdown was Sarah Connor and Blade vs. an insane Tin Woodsman...heads would roll...

So first I have to say, I've been viewing this website for a good few weeks now. I saw your blade figure and I just had to sign up to comment. That's possibly the best thing I've ever seen as far as toys are concerned ever. You took a trash figure of my fav character and made it into one of the most badass things. So I gotta ask, did you paint it or do anything to the pieces that you took from the other characters, cause I've looked them all up and it seems genius how simple it is. So I gotta figure there's something I'm missing.

Forgive me if I wish to buy all the respective toys and make my own blade figure from this perfect recipe, cause I totally would if I could.

The only painting I did was the silver on the vest, and a dry brush in Dark Grey over the bulk of the figure. Anyways, appreciate the words man.
