I used a MU Sub Mariner, as the figure makes a great "Blank Canvas" for any barbarian type figure.

The head and sword are from a POTC4 figure, the sword is removable.

The boots are from a SHS Ghost Rider.

The loin cloth and shoulder armour is from a chap mei figure.
