I took Black Canary's figure and removed the jacket and arms. Head was replaced with a bootleg Disney princess head. The arms come from an Emma Frost figure. The hair and mask were sculpted with apoxy, along with the tail.
Good grief, I remember that outfit. There's a classic Wonder Woman cover where Catwoman wears this and Diana has her white Mod outfit, both with swords or something. Too weird. Great to see this old costume resurrected. Nice job.
