I know I'm in the minority, but I honestly love Scarlet Spider. I first started reading comics during the Clone Saga and I've got to tell you as a 10-year-old, that stuff was magic. Anyway, This was one of those pieces that has been on my bench forever but I never quite completed be it due to working on commissions or just putting it off (mainly because I knew I was going to have to paint that spider symbol).

The recipe is pretty simple. He's mostly an Ant-Man with a modified Moon Knight head, Banshee boots and Pyro feet. His webshooters come from an HML Ben Reilly Spider-Man figure. The rest is miscellaneous fodder and sculpt.

This is just great. I've always loved Scarlet Spider too and I would love for a ML scale figure of this quality. The Toy Biz one honestly wasn't very good.

Nice1 Great parts concepts here! I'm a big fan of how the sculpt eyes look over top of the initial head sculpt showing the wrinkle indication of the brow ridge and eyes! Paints are super solid too. Nice stuff!

I am completely with you, the Clone Saga was a big part of my childhood and as a result Ben Reilly has always been one of my favourite characters. You did a fantastic job on this figure, and the paint on the symbol is perfect!
