I took the head off of Nick Fury. I painted the shirt red and sprayed a fixative on there, also. I painted those gloves black. I took the head off of Movie Masters Green Lantern Unmasked Hal. I put the head on Nick Fury's body and...Wade Wilson before he became Deadpool!!!!!!
*updated custom figure. I ground the neck down and painted it. Two new swords instead....it is better now!!!!!

Good use of a base figure, however I would have modified the neck and the swords to look a little more natural. Other than that, it looks great!
